2. Cooperate with customer service to manage customer complaints, coordinate personnel, vehicles and routes in a timely manner, and arrange schemes to respond in a timely manner;

3. Complete the tracking service of goods, control the operating cost of vehicles, and complete the checking of bills;

4. Establish the assessment of self-owned fleet, drivers and cooperative transporters, and report the project data to the supervisor.

5. Cooperate with the company's screening and assessment of drivers, and put forward effective solutions to the existing problems.

3. Vocational school or above, proficient in office software;

4. Strong analytical and coordinating abilities, punctual, honest, conscientious, responsible and service-conscious;

5. Good communication skills and team spirit, strong language expression ability, patience and meticulousness, flexible mind, clear organization;

6. Those who have more than 3 years working experience in fleet dispatching are preferred.
